The following are the times and dates for receiving 2022 Village Taxes at the Village Office, 139 Lake Street, Rouses Point, NY: 7:30AM to 4:00PM each day except Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, from June 1 to July 1, 20212inclusive; after which date a 5 percent penalty added for the first month and 1 percent for each additional month until unpaid taxes are turned over to Clinton County by the Village on November 1, for relevy. If remitting by mail, payments must be postmarked before penalty date. Mail payments to: Village Treasurer, Village of Rouses Point, PO Box 185, Rouses Point, NY 12979-0185. US funds only. A $2.00 fee will be added to second notice tax bills. No partial payments will be accepted.

The Treasurer's Office offers online eCheck, credit (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and debit card payments through Xpress-pay.com as a convenience for customers for the following types of bills: utility bills (Electric, Water and Sewer, including eBills); property taxes; Civic Center Bills, building and demolition permits and hunting and fishing licenses. NOTE: Xpress-pay.com charges a small convenience fee (2.85% + $.40) for credit card payments and $2.50 for eCheck payments for the use of its' site. The Treasurer's Office offers WIPP for viewing utility customer's transaction history against their accounts and provide a means of payment of their utility bills (Electric, Water and Sewer). NOTE: WIPP charges a a small convenience fee (2.95%) for credit card payments and $1.95 for eCheck payments for the use of its' site. The fees are shown prior to the entry of payment information. The Village does not receive or store card numbers. The Treasurer's Office encourages utility customers to go green and sign up for eBills. A PIN is required to use this service.
