Zoning Board of Appeals

The Village of Rouses Point is a zoned community, with subdivision regulations, site plan review, and a zoning plan and ordinance.  The Zoning Board of Appeals has the authority to review and approve requests for variances, to hear appeals from a decision of the Code Enforcement Officer and to decide any question involving the interpretation of a provision or definition contained in the Zoning Local Law,  Chapter 120 of the Village Code.

Zoning Board of Appeals meetings are held at Halstead Hall located in the Rouses Point Civic Center at 39 Lake Street, Rouses  Point, New York.  All regular meetings are held on the fourth Monday of each month unless noted below and will begin at 6:00 p.m. All meetings are open to the public. Halstead Hall is handicapped accessible.
